Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled service won't incur a fee. However a $50 non-refundable rebooking fee will be required if you cancel the day of appointment or no show because you forgot. I understand "life happens" and I try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible! ​I appreciate great communication. Your re-booking fee will be applied to your service. 

Just a reminder if you do not make it back in for your complimentary touch up appointment within the 10 week period, I will have to charge you for a color boost appointment which is half the cost of new eyebrows, because of the healing process.

If adequate notice is not given for your complimentary touch-up appointment you will be charged $100 rebooking fee for the service.
