Cancellation Policy

For any new eyebrow service or previous work done by another artist, the price is $550. This inclusive fee covers your initial session along with a complimentary follow-up appointment scheduled 6-8 weeks post-healing to refine any details.

 

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required, which will be deducted from your total balance due on the appointment day. Please be aware that the initial session typically spans 2.5 to 3 hours, allowing ample time for meticulous eyebrow shaping, color selection, and tailored discussions to meet each client's needs. Rushing through this process is something I avoid to ensure the best outcome for you.

 

Up to 48 hours before the scheduled service won't incur a fee. However a $50 non-refundable rebooking fee will be required if you cancel the day of appointment or no show because you forgot. I understand "life happens" and I try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible!

Just a reminder if you do not make it back in for your complimentary touch up appointment within the 10 week period, I will have to charge you for a color boost appointment which is half the cost of new eyebrows, because of the healing process.

If adequate notice is not given for your complimentary touch-up appointment you will be charged a $50 rebooking fee for the service.
