Aftercare Instructions

Post-care is equally as important as the actual procedure. Failure to follow the steps of aftercare could cause premature exfoliation and/or loss of all color.

Please read the following  aftercare instructions carefully as it applies to all
Eyebrow treatments:

       DO'S:

  • KEEP THE EYEBROW AREA CLEAN!

  • Blot brows with your wet wipe every 15 minutes for the first hour post procedure to prevent any lymph fluid build up.

  • Starting on day 1 (tomorrow) morning wash your hands really well, then apply 1 pump of aftercare soap on the back of your hand, then with your clean finger tips you will gently wash your eyebrows in the direction of your hair growth. After washing cup your hands with some water and gently rinse. Do not leave any soapy residue behind pat dry with toilet paper. Wait 15 minutes then apply your recover-all healing ointment (Repeat this process every morning for the first 10 days).

  • After each wash leave them alone for 15 minutes before you apply your recover-all ointment. Start applying a very thin layer of your recover-all ointment with a q-tip on each eyebrow. Three times a day. The treated area should not appear greasy or shiny (if so you used to much recover-all) as this can suffocate the skin and delay the healing process. Just dab with a clean tissue if you added to much.

  • Never apply on wet or damp skin.

  • Continue this process every day three times per day for the first 10 days.

      DON'TS:

  • Do not touch or rub your fresh new eyebrows with your hands (unless you are washing them).

  • Do not cover or apply any other ointments besides what I instructed you to use in your aftercare kit.

  • Do not get them wet unless you are washing your eyebrows. Especially while showering, use your eyebrow shields for the first 10 days while showering.

  • Do not pick or scratch your new brows while in the healing process! If you pick or scratch this could delay the healing process and could cause you to have premature exfoliation and can even cause scarring. This is why it's so important to wash and apply your recover-all ointment to achieve the best healed results.

  • No swimming, saunas, bathtubs, sweating, or direct sun exposure for the first 14 days. No sun tanning or salon tanning. no treatments, facial, laser, chemical treatments, or peels, and any creams that contain Retin-A or glycolic acid (AHA) on the treated area.

  • Avoid putting on makeup in the forehead or eyebrow area for the first 14 days.

  • Avoid workouts that involve excessive sweating for the first 14 days.

  • When all healing of the eyebrows are done (usually after 14 days) you can return to your everyday normal routine.

  • Enjoy waking up to your new BROWS!
